DATA PROTECTION
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We strictly adhere to the statutory rules and therefore process data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions. In this data protection declaration we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
Our website can usually be used without providing personal data. If personal data is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. These data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.
Personal data
Personal data are all information about a specific person, such as: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. The person can be identified with this data. Information with which a person cannot be identified is not considered to be personal data.
Contact via web form or email
If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Notwithstanding this, we only store your data longer if we are obliged to do so by legal requirements and retention obligations. Should a contract arise from your request, we will make a separate agreement on data protection with you.
Data storage in server log files
We would like to point out that our hosting provider collects data about access to the site and stores this as "server log files". The following data is logged in this way:
- accessed page (URL)
- browser type / version
- the operating system used
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
- time of the server request
We cannot assign this data to specific persons. This data is not combined with other data sources; the data are also deleted after 7 days after a statistical analysis. There is no data transfer to third parties, with the exception of statutory or legal inquiries from the responsible authorities.
The data collected are only used for statistical evaluations and to improve the website. However, we reserve the right to check the server log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of illegal use. Personal data on this topic are only collected on this website to the extent that is technically necessary.
Cookies
We do not process cookies.
YouTube videos
We embed YouTube videos on the website. This function is offered by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. The integrated videos save cookies on the users' computers when the page is called up. If you have deactivated the setting of cookies for the Google advertising program, you will not have to expect such cookies when you access YouTube clips. However, YouTube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you have to block it in the browser. When you visit a website with a YouTube video, a connection to the YouTube server is established. The server is informed of which pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube will assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of YouTube. Further information on the handling of user data can be found in YouTube's data protection declaration at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy
Other external services (e.g. Google Web Fonts, Google Maps, Social Media Plugins, ...)
We do not use any other external services on this website.
Your rights
As a user, you will receive free information on your request about which personal data has been stored about you. If your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to store data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data blocked or deleted. You also have the right to restrict use, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you can also complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
